      No, TorchFi doesn’t charge any fee from our Restaurant Partners for the service or the customizations mentioned above. The end consumer pays a 4% online ordering service fee on the base price of the order.

      Yes you can. TorchFi supports easy configuration of delivery range, fee & Google Maps integration for restaurants that manage delivery on their own. We also integrate with DoorDash and UberEats to support delivery service. The delivery fee can be passed on to the customer or covered by the business.

      Yes you can, for both onsite and online orders. TorchFi enables granular level settings wherein, for online ordering, the customer can choose between the two, or you can have separate ordering portals with separate menu, prices etc. for the two. Similarly for onsite orders, depending on your use case, customers can either pick up at the counter or ask to get the food delivered to their room, poolside, or other specific points in your venue.

      No, you need not. Both your onsite & online ordering websites (portals) will be hosted on our servers, but will align with your business & branding needs. You can place their links in your QR codes and other social & digital media properties respectively. However, we suggest having at least a basic one-page or static website of your own, wherein you can include these links too. We can help you build one at a separate reasonable fee.
